Totally in love with the new activated snacks range. Earthshine's Natalie and Noel have created premium products and you can taste the love and goodness that has gone into making them. Every ingredient has been carefully chosen and sourced and then combined to create delicious taste adventures. I can really appreciate the repeated testing, measuring and experimenting that must have gone into these creations.
I bought tamari and ginger seeds and nuts, salted caramel walnuts, malty mesquite and vanilla macadamia and chai spice and mandarin pecans. All madly yummy, all crunchy, crisp and flavourful! You can tell I'm a bit of a savoury girl. :-) Earthshine kindly added in samples of the ranges I didn't buy... which was a generous touch.
My only problem now is that I have to hide them from myself. It's all too easy to be greedy. Having said that, I wouldn't recommend too much discipline around eating these snacks - they're activated (sprouted) slowly dehydrated (keeping all the nutrients in) with added salt from the Kalahari and Ormus minerals - so loaded with goodness - just enjoy them! I keep finding my hiding places and laughing at myself.
