METHOD TO MAKE ONE LARGE MUG: Blend 30g (2 rounded Tablespoons) with 300ml of hot water. Stir occasionally while drinking, relax and enjoy!

Optionally, take it to the next level by adding coconut cream or hemp milk. If you eat dairy, try a splash of organic cream, knob of grass fed butter or spoon of collagen powder.
