Soaked, pre-sprouted and dried at low temperature. Seeds and nuts are soaked in purified water with Kalahari salt and Ormus multi mineral complex. Our glazes, batters and coatings are all made from scratch using the best quality fresh and includes organic ingredients & superfoods.
