A whole food sweetener with a low GI of just 35. Coconut sugar in unrefined and therefore contains its full mineral content. Derived from the coconut palm flower sap, which is then reduced down and concentrated much like Maple syrup.

Earthshine is all about health but do not under estimate the taste.
It is still the same taste you love like chocolate, chips, soups and much more. The real deal but healthy.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far the most delicious vegan and nourishing treats! My toddler loves the kale chips and I can't get enough of the florentines.
