Lovingly fermented to develop their unique floral flavours and strikingly unusual reddish colour. The fresh, flavour filled beans are shipped directly to South Africa, then artisanally prepared and ground to a fine liquor. Apart from eating a Cacao bean, this is the least processed of any Cacao product you will find. Untempered, unadulterated, clear and ready for your intended use.
